Overview

The expression of Arntl is widespread and under circadian control in most tissues and some cell lines. Rhythmic Arntl expression comes from interplay between the rhythmically abundant transcriptional repressors (Nr1d1/Nr1d2) and transcriptional activators (Rora) [1][2][3].
